This has by far been the best hit at Thanksgiving parties! These super easy to make pumpkin cookie cups with cream cheese icing are not only adorable, but taste delicious! A perfect fall recipe to bring to parties, dinners & family gatherings!
At our last party, guests of all ages were ranting and raving about how much they loved these pumpkin cookie cups!

Pumpkin Cookie Cups with Cream Cheese Icing
This super easy recipe for pumpkin cookie cups with cream cheese icing will be the biggest hit at your next Thanksgiving dinner! Guests will be ranting and raving about this dessert while you are beaming at how incredibly easy it was to make!
- 1 package pumpkin cookie mix
- 1 tub cream cheese icing
- 1 bottle fall sprinkles ((your choice))

Follow the instructions on the back of the pumpkin cookie mix to prepare the cookie dough.

Place a small spoon of the prepared dough into each cup of a mini muffin pan.

Press the dough into the side of each mini muffin cup to form the base of your pumpkin cookie cup.

Bake for the amount of time directed on your package of cookie dough.

Allow cookie cups to fully cool.

Fill your icing decorator with cream cheese icing and begin adding a large dollop of icing to each cookie cup.

Top with desired fall sprinkles.

Serve & enjoy!
I like to use pumpkin cookie mix to save tons of time, but if you would like to make your pumpkin cookie dough from scratch that would work perfectly fine as well.
